We invite all residents inside the city and in the surrounding rural areas to participate in a community questionnaire. The questionnaire seeks to learn your attitudes and wishes on what kind of community you would like to see develop over the next twenty years.
The following survey will take about 10-15 minutes to complete. Your feedback counts!

The questionnaire will remain open until July 10, 2023. All responses are anonymous, and will not be used individually. A summary of the Questionnaire results will be included in the City's Comprehensive Plan.
Paper copies of the survey are available at the Community Center, City Hall, and the Senior Center. A printable PDF of the survey can also be found on this page under supporting documents.
