The Abilene Convention & Visitor's Bureau (CVB) is a department of the City of Abilene, serves as the marketing arm of the City and is a state-designated Travel Information Center.

The Convention & Visitor's Bureau provides services to tourists and groups visiting or convening in Abilene.

  • Items requiring City Commission approval may take extra time—plan accordingly.
  • Incomplete applications cannot be processed. Ensure all forms are fully completed and accurate.
  • Event organizers are responsible for submitting applications on time and ensuring vendors obtain proper permits.
