Waterline Replacement
J & K Contracting is set to finalize a waterline project encompassing about 1,800 linear feet of construction along NE 14th Street, extending to N. Oak Street, N. Kuney Street, and N. Olive Street. This project, part of the City's planned initiatives, is scheduled to occur from early January through the end of March.
During the course of this project, contractors may intermittently store equipment and waterline materials within the right-of-way, which may result in occasional inconveniences.

Important Dates
City Commission Awards Contract to J&K Contracting, LC.
City Commission voted to award the contract to J&K Contracting, LC., in the amount of $213,734.60.

Work begins on N. Kuney Street
Waterline replacement work will begin on N. Kuney Street and is anticipated to complete around February 2, 2024, weather permitting.
Works begins on 14th Street and N. Olive Street
Waterline replacement work will begin on both 14th Street and N. Olive Street and is anticipated to complete around March 29, 2024, weather permitting.
