Construction Highlights for June 2025

• Started brick veneer at the north elevation
• Continued MEP & Security overhead & in-wall rough-in at CMU walls, basement level, 1st floor, 2nd Floor, & 3rd Floor.
• Continued HVAC controls rough in.
• Continued sprinkler rough-in
• Continued security rough-in at CMU Walls, basement, 1st Floor, 2nd floor, & 3rd floor.
• Continued interior & exterior framing on 2nd floor and 3rd floor.
• Continued topping out walls above ceiling with drywall and insulation
• Completed exterior sheathing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Floor.
• Completed installing Stair 3 and started Stair 2
• Completed fireproofing on the 3rd Floor
• Continued exterior blueskin and spray foam insulation
• Continued TPO roofing
• Continued site work. Underground storm, demo of asphalt,
• Grading, jail access road, and Dick Huff Lane/Rt.11 turn lane widening.
