Construction Highlights for March 2025

• Completed CMU installation at basement level Interior walls
• Completed CMU Walls at stair 1 and continuing at shear walls, Secure Elevators, & Staff Elevator.
• MEP continued overhead & in-wall electrical Rough in at CMU walls, basement level, 1st floor, 2nd Floor, & 3rd Floor.
• Continued security rough-in at CMU Walls, basement, 1st Floor, and second floor
• Completed 2nd Floor Concrete Slab.
• Continued concrete prep work at 3rd floor slab
• Started Interior & Exterior Framing on 1st & Second Floors
• Started exterior sheathing 1st & 2nd Floors
• Completed Erecting Steel at Sequence(s) 5,6,7
• Continued welding and detailing for steel
• Started installing Steel at sequence 8 and Stair 1
• Completed storm line work adjacent to maintenance building
• Started installing curbs at south parking lot/roadway
• Continued Fireproofing of steel 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Floors
• Continued Exterior & Interior metal framing on 1st floor and Started on 2nd & 3rd Floors
