Construction Highlights for May 2025

• Continued CMU Walls at stair 2, shear walls, 3rd floor Detention area, Secure Elevators, & Staff Elevator.
• Continued MEP & Security overhead & in-wall rough-in at CMU walls, basement level, 1st floor, 2nd Floor, & 3rd Floor.
• Continued HVAC Controls rough in LL, 1st, & 2nd Floors.
• Continued Sprinkler rough-in at LL and 1st floor
• Continued security rough-in at CMU Walls, basement, 1st Floor, 2nd floor, & 3rd floor.
• Continued Interior & Exterior Framing on 2nd Floor and 3rd floor.
• Started Topping out Walls above ceiling with drywall and insulation
• Continued exterior sheathing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Floor.
• Completed welding and detailing for steel
• Completed installation of Stair 1 and Started Stair 3
• Continued Fireproofing on the 3rd Floor
• Continued Exterior Window Blocking & Installing Brick Ties
• Started Exterior Blueskin and Spray Foam Insulation
• Started TPO Roofing
