October 2024 Progress Report - Skanska

Construction highlights for October:

• Installed elevator pistons with crane at lower level
• Removed large light pole and base at west corner of site
• Continued installing aggregate piers at upper level
• Poured concrete for last section of retaining wall and stripped forms
• Poured concrete for elevator pits and stripped forms
• Poured concrete for loading dock walls
• Continued installing rebar/forms and pouring lower level footings
• Began installing rebar for upper level footings
• Continued installing CMU walls for stairwells, sally ports, and elevator shafts
• Continued underground electrical and plumbing installation
• Continued electrical and plumbing rough-in at CMU walls
• Installed security conduit at CMU walls
• Applied waterproofing and backfilled retaining walls
• Hauled excess soil off site
