Construction Highlights for January 2025

• CMU installation at basement level Interior walls
• Installing security door frames at the basement level
• Continued Plumbing and Mechanical rough in at basement level
• Continued Electrical Rough in at CMU walls, basement level, & 1st floor
• Continued security rough-in in basement
• Placed concrete north side slab-on-grade on the first floor
• Installed metal decking at 2nd floor
• Continued erecting steel at the upper level for sequence 2A,3A,&4A
• Continued welding and detailing for steel
• Continued storm line work adjacent to maintenance building
• Installed Fireproofing at basement steel columns and above ceiling steel support beams
• Installed stair 5 steel risers/landings/handrails and placed concrete.
