Construction Highlights for November

• Continued installing underground plumbing in basement
• Continued installing underground electrical conduit in basement, as well as rough-in through CMU walls
• Security conduit rough-in at CMU walls in basement
• Placed type 57 stone throughout basement area
• Continued CMU installation for stairs, elevators, and sally port in basement
• Continued CMU shear walls and began foundation courses for first floor
• Poured concrete footings and piers at first floor/upper level, and at south side retaining wall footing
• Continued backfill of retaining walls
• Continued installation of telecommunications fiber underground
• Continued installation of site utilities including storm, sanitary sewer, and water lines
• Mobilized crane for structural steel sequence 1 – began erecting steel columns at basement level
• Set steel cross beams for the first floor
