FY26 Budget Approved on May 14, 2025
At the May 14 meeting, the Board of Supervisors approved the advertised FY26 budget and 2025 tax rates. Additionally, the Board adopted a resolution to extend the property tax deadline from June 5. The first-half real estate due date is now June 18, 2025.
Augusta County is working to ensure the continued strength and sustainability of the core services that shape the quality of life for our community. With a focus on public safety, education, cultural enrichment, community development, and the administrative functions that support them, this year’s budget reflects the county’s commitment to meeting community needs and building a resilient future for all who live and work here.
