Weyers Cave VAA, LLC is requesting to construct and operate a small-scale solar energy system (3 MW). The total acreage of the parcel is approximatley 126.616 acres, including 24 acres to be within the fenced project area. The remainder of the parcel will continue to be used for the Alpine Goat Brewery with proposed intentions for grazing.

VICINITY ZONING: Adjacent parcels to TMP 020-24 are zoned General Agriculture. Property located to the North of the property is located in Rockingham County.
