Safety First! Read more about how we plan to keep our guests comfort and safety
The policies, rules, and regulations are in place for the comfort and safety of all guests. These rules are in addition to rules and regulations posted at each aquatic center. Please review these regulations when you visit any of our facilities.
Swimming Pool Rules
- Obey lifeguards at all times.
- No loitering in the bathrooms/changing areas.
- The use of pool slides requires swimming attire without rivets.
- Do not leave valuables unattended. The City of Mesa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- No glass containers. Small coolers are allowed and are subject to inspection before entering the pool area.
- Food and beverages must remain in the snack bar and/or grass area.
- Those who are not completely potty-trained MUST wear swim diapers.
- Children under the age of 8 will be wristbanded for safety and lifeguard recognition.
- Parents/Guardians are responsible for their children. Lifeguards are present to ensure safety and respond to emergency situations.
- Stay within arms reach of those under 8 years old.
- Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied and attended by an adult or responsible teenager (13+).
- Only U.S Coast Guard-approved floatation devices are allowed. No arm floaties.
- No smoking or e-cigarettes/vaping allowed.
- No swearing, intimidation or threats of any kind. Physical or verbal violence will not be tolerated.
- Only service animals are allowed in the facility. No pets.
