Request: Conditional Use Permit (PL-26-0179)
Location: Generally located approximately 1,200 feet south of the southwest corner of Avondale Boulevard and Lower Buckeye Road
Conditional Use Permit (CUP): Zoned Planned Area Development (PAD) and is part of the Hermosa Ranch Technology Campus North (PAD) Parcel “A” with an underlying zoning designation of Community Commercial (C-2). The proposed 3,911 square-foot self-service car wash facility on an approximately 1-acre site known as Cobblestone Auto Spa is permitted with approval of a Conditional Use Permit.
