Request: Rezone (PL-25-0236) of approximately .16 acres from R-4 Multifamily to R-4 HAIO.
**Location: **West of the northwest corner of Hill Drive and 5th Street.
Rezone: The request will Rezone the property to R-4 multifamily with a Historic Avondale Infill Overlay and adopt a development plan with alternative development standards to allow for the construction of a Habitat for Humanity affordable housing project. The project will consist of up to two duplexes with a total of four dwelling units.
