Request: Conditional Use Permit (Application PL-25-0235) involving approximately 4,605 square feet of interior space
Location: Suites 112 – 115 within an existing building located at 725 N. Central Avenue
Conditional Use Permit: The proposal seeks approval to operate a Reception Center with a maximum guest capacity of 50 by remodeling the existing interior space
