Request: Major Planned Area Development (PAD) Amendment (PL-25-0250) on approximately 24.89 net-acres

Location: South of the Southwest corner of Dysart Road and Van Buren Street

Major Planned Area Development: The request will amend the PAD with underlying R-3 zoning to facilitate the development of a 291-unit duplex development known as Rosilian Villas
