Dysart Road Phase II Sanitary Sewer Pipeline Installation

To support future growth, the City is installing approximately 2,200 feet of new 12‑inch sanitary sewer along Dysart Road, connecting to the existing system near Eliseo C. Felix Way. Work includes new manhole installations, pavement removal and replacement, micro‑surfacing, striping, and other improvements.
Beginning September 8, Dysart Road will be closed just south of Locust Lane. Whyman Avenue and Mountain View Drive will also be closed on the west side of Dysart Road during construction. Detours will be posted, and access to residences will be maintained, though routes may be indirect.
