Request: Minor General Plan Amendment (PL-25-0263) and Rezone (PL-25-0264) on approximately 9.03 acres
Location: Northeast corner of Lower Buckeye Road and 4th Street
Minor General Plan Amendment: Amend the General Plan Designation from Industrial to Public/Civic
Rezone: Change the zoning from Urban Residential (R1-6) to Planned Area Development (PAD) to allow for a city owned operations warehouse of approximately 21,000 square feet as well as outdoor storage facilities.
