Request: Amend the text of The BLVD Specific Plan (PL-26-0174) and Zoning Ordinance (PL-26-0175)
Location: Northwest corner of Avondale Boulevard and Van Buren Street
The proposed text amendment would modify the location of drive-through uses and add approximately 12 acres of employment with light manufacturing, warehousing and wholesaling uses.
