Request: Major Planned Area Development Amendment (PL-26-0210)
Location: Northwest corner of Avondale Blvd and McDowell Road
Major PAD Amendment: PAD amendment to modify an existing stipulation to remove the requirement for the commercial area development to occur prior to certificate of occupancies being issued for the remaining residential area on the Property.
