Request: Minor General Plan Amendment (PL-25-0120) and Planned Area Development Rezone (PL-25-0121) on approximately 38 net-acres

Location: Northwest Corner of Corporate Drive and 117th Avenue

Minor General Plan Amendment & PAD Rezone: Will amend the City of Avondale’s General Plan designation of the site from Mixed Use to Business Park and rezone the property from City Center District (CCD) to Avondale Tech Center – Planned Area Development with underlying Commerce Park (CP) zoning. This request will facilitate the development of a Technology Campus primarily focused on employment uses.
