Request: Rezone (PL-25-0015) of approximately .45 net acres across two sites.

Location: 325 North Central Avenue and 335 North Central Avenue.

Rezone: The request will Rezone both sites to be R1-6 Single-Family Residential to facilitate the development of a single-family home on each of the lots.
