Request: Minor General Plan Amendment (PL-25-0217) and Planned Area Development (PAD) Rezone (PL-25-0218), involving a 10.1 net-acre site

Location: 12104 West Van Buren Street

Minor General Plan Amendment and Planned Area Development: The request will amend amend the General Plan land use designation from High Density Residential to Medium-High Residential and PL-25-0218 will rezone the property from R-4 Multi-family Residential to Cerro Vista Planned Area Development with underlying R-3 zoning to facilitate the development of a 99-unit single story home development.
