July 08, 2025 - September 08, 2025: Comment Period: Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS)
Through the state-required environmental process, the City published a report, called a Draft Environmental Impact Statement also known as a Draft EIS, for the public to review and comment on from July 8 through September 8. The Draft EIS looked at how the alternatives could affect our community and environment and was used to help consider potential impacts of the City of Vancouver's Comprehensive Plan Update before it is finalized and adopted.
