Ed Scheck Park Playground Opening Date

It’s nearly time to slide, swing, and spin at the area’s newest playground!

On Monday, September 8, 2025, at 4:30 p.m., the City of Bettendorf and Bettendorf Parks & Recreation will hold a Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony at Ed Scheck Park (4792 Mayfield Drive), where a brand-new $150,000 state-of-the-art playground system was recently installed. The public is invited to attend and be the first to enjoy this fun new amenity!
