Correction to venue - Join the Sandhurst Health Walk for Mental Health Awareness Week

Come along and join the Sandhurst Health Walk, on Friday, 19 May at Sandhurst Community Centre. You will walk through Shepherd Meadows and along the Blackwater River. You can take time to notice the beautiful surroundings along the riverbank and spot some wild flowers.

The terrain is flat and paved and you can take a rest if you need to. You will never be rushed nor made to feel that you are holding anyone up.

After the walk you can pop into Sandhurst Park Cafe, in The Park, for coffee, tea or juice; where there is always a warm welcome by Parm and his team. Everyone is welcome to come along for drinks after the walk.
