Home-Start expectant parents workshops

Home-Start Bracknell Forest is running free workshops for expectant parents on Saturday, 21 September from 10am to 2pm.

Preparing to be Dad, will be run by a male facilitator and will cover 

• labour and birth
• understanding the importance of dad's support pre and post pregnancy
• mastering changing, holding and bathing baby
• dad's mental wellbeing

Preparing to be Mum, will be run by a trained antenatal facilitator and will include preparing for birth and labour and mum's mental wellbeing.

A light lunch will be included.
