Free postnatal mental health course

Home-Start Bracknell Forest is running a free six-week postnatal mental health course, 'mums in mind'. It starts in January 2025. 

The group is suitable for mums of children under 18 months old. A professional crèche is provided to allow mums the space and time to focus on themselves and their wellbeing.

This is a small group and spaces are limited. If you would like to attend the course, you can register interest via the online referral form.
