Get involved with our community events

Our 2025 outreach and events programme aims to bring people and communities together through a series of key town centre events. These include: 

Bracknell Forest Pride on 7 June

Bracknell Cycling Festival on 8 June

Culture and Community Day on 19 July 

There will also be VE Day 80th anniversary celebrations in May, and a Christmas concert towards the end of the year. 

We are looking for like minded organisations who wish to support our outreach events through funding or services. In return, we can offer various promotional opportunities at these busy, high-profile events.

There are a variety of ways in which we can partner, including: 

funding for lighting, sound or event management

offer to purchase eco-friendly giveaways

paying for face painters

hire of a re-fill water station

General funding support will go towards overall event logistics like security, first aid and the provision of a sign language interpreter.
