Great Wellness Exchange - final event

We are counting the days until the Great Wellness Exchange event at Bracknell Leisure Centre on Saturday, 5 October from 10am to 3pm.
The event is part of the leisure centre's open day and there will be a host of community groups attending, including:

• Bracknell Forest Community Network (and Happiness Hub)
• Bracknell Forest public health (social prescribers and community map information)
• Bracknell LETS
• Dogs for Good
• NHS Frimley (including blood pressure checks)
• Smokefreelife Berkshire (free local stop smoking service)

Free activities on the day include:

• tai chi
• seated yoga
• gym sessions
• exercise classes
• spa sessions
• health and wellness checks
• racket sports
• smoothie and protein bar tasting
