Application Period Open for Buellton Garden Apartments

The Pre-application period for Buellton Garden Apartments (affordable housing development behind CVS on McMurray Road) is open as of today. The pre-applicaitno period closes on February 3. Please note: Buellton Garden Apartments is still under construction. No pre-applications are available at the site.

Pre-applications received by February 3 at 5PM will be entered into a randomized lottery on February 10 to determine order of processing. Pre-applications received after February 3 will be added to the waitlist in the order received.
