City Council District 4 Town Hall Meeting - October 15

A Town Hall meeting for City Council District 4 (see District Map below or HERE) will be held on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm in the Community Room of the Buellton Library, located at 202 Dairyland Road. Mayor David Silva, Councilmember Carla Mead, and City Manager Scott Wolfe will attend to present updates on what's happening in the City, and to answer questions from the public. All community members are welcome to attend, regardless of their City Council district of residence.
