Site preparation at 20-48 East Highway 246 (former Tres Rosas Restaurant site) is anticipated to begin tomorrow (Tuesday, August 26). This will focus primarily on brush clearance. As of right now, demolition of the abandoned buildings on the property is expected to begin on Wednesday, August 28. This should be a relatively short period of site work, but no difinitive schedule has been shared at this point.
