Public Hearing scheduled

On Thursday, February 19th at 6pm in the Council Chambers the Buellton Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and vote on approving a Conditional Use Permit (25-CUP-02) and Final Development Plan (25-FDP-01) for the Cottage Medical Offices Project, located at 515 McMurray Road.

The proposed project consists of a Conditional Use Permit and Final Development Plan for the demolition of the existing vacant Parks Plaza Theater building and the construction of an approximately 34,000 square foot medical office building for Cottage Health, which will house primary care and specialty care services. The 1.48-acre Project Site is located within the General Commercial (CR) zoning district.
