560 Avenue of Flags Mixed Use Development
Proposed four-story mixed commercial and residential building.
C.M. Florence, ACIP of Oasis Associates Inc. on bahalf of property owner Searidge Limited Partnership, has submitted a conceptual project for 560 Ave of Flags (APN: 137-170-011) which is a currently vacant 0.78 acre lot between the Farmhouse Motel and Hotel Hygge . The proposed project consists of the development of a mixed-use building within the Avenue of Flags Specific Plan Area. The proposed project includes approximately 2,800 square feet of ground-floor commercial space oriented toward Avenue of Flags and 26 residential dwelling units located on the upper floors and within the interior portions of the site.

The Buellton Planning Commission reviewed the project and give their feedback to the applicants. No votes concerning the project were taken at this meeting.
City Council Conceptual Review
The City Council will review the proposed plans then ask questions and give feedback to both the applicants and City Staff. No votes on the project will be taken at this meeting.
