Concrete Repair Work in Rancho de Maria Neighborhood

Upcoming Construction work in Rancho de Maria neighborhood

Restoration work for the Frontier fiber installation in the Rancho de Maria neighborhood will be starting today and running until the end of August. Notices should have been placed in affected areas yesterday, and concrete restoration work will take place until Friday. Asphalt and slurry work will follow beginning Monday, August 18, and finishing by Friday, August 29.

Residents are advised to heed No Parking signs and to avoid driving or walking on freshly paved or slurried areas, as slurry coating and fresh asphalt is easily tracked onto driveways and into homes. The two and a half week schedule will impact different areas of the neighborhood at different times, and some areas may see work done on several days over the work period that may not be consecutive.

As with the installation of the fiber, this work is being conducted by a public utility, and the City has limited control over the work being done. Your patience is appreciated.
