Buellton Library and Community Center - 202 Dairyland Road

On September 22, 2022, the City Council approved the design presented by architect Brett Marchi for the conversion of the former residence at 202 Dairyland Road to a Community Center, which will include the Buellton Public Library and multi-purpose community rooms. With construction complete, and our library staff ready to open the doors to the public, the new Buellton Public Library will celebrate a grand opening on Saturday, February 8, 2025. Join us from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm as we celebrate our newest City facility with activities for the kids both inside and outside the Library, which will open at 11:00. Library cards will be available. Ribbon cutting ceremony at 12:00 noon.

"We are thrilled to bring this new Library and Community Center to Buellton. This facility will serve as a vibrant social and cultural hub for our residents. Nestled along the Santa Ynez River with the mountains as a stunning backdrop, it complements the community amenities of the adjacent River View Park and the Santa Ynez Valley Botanic Gardens. Together, these community assets enhance the natural beauty of our Valley, offering opportunities for social connection, cultural and intellectual enrichment, and peaceful reflection."
