Valley Station Gate
Application to turn the Valley Station neighborhood into a gated community.
Brad Samaniego of Mid-State Fence has submitted an application on behalf of the Valley Station Garden Society, an HOA, to construct a vehicle gate on Valley Station Dr, turning the neighborhood into a gated community.
The project would require a modification of the original Development Plan of the Valley Station neighborhood and review by the Buellton Planning Commission.
