545 Ave of Flags Mixed-Use Project

A proposed project consisting of two new residential buildings and the refurbishment of a barn-style building as a commercial space

Urban Planning Concepts, on behalf of property owner Kerry Moriarty, is proposing a mixed-use development at 545 Avenue of Flags, the current site of the 'Feedstore Building" According to the project description submitted by the applicant, it would feature the renovation of the existing commercial building (the “Buellton Feedstore”) The development will include 24 multi-family units that will consist of two (2) twelve (12)-unit, 3-story buildings flanking the Feedstore.
