In-N-Out
Conceptual plans have been submitted for a proposed new construction fast food drive-thru for In-N-Out Burger on a vacant site between Firestone Brewery and Hwy 101, at Rufus T. Buell Drive (formerly Damassa Road) and McMurray Road (Across from Firestone). The +/- 3.4 acre project site has a zoning designation of CR (General Commercial), which allows fast food restaurants and drive-thrus with a Conditional Use Permit.
The project would propose a lot line adjustment to develop a one-story 3,890 square foot building with an outdoor dining area with 76 parking spaces and a drive-thru queue capacity of 35 cars. Two driveways would be proposed, one south of the driveway for Firestone and the second driveway proposed aligned with Thomas Road.

The applicants formally informed the CIty of their intention to apply for the new project and submitted a site plan and renderings for conceptual review.
Planning Commission Conceptual Review
The Buellton Planning Commission will review the project and give their initial feedback to the applicants and staff. No votes will be taken on the project.
