Hurricane Recovery for Parish Parks

The Calcasieu Parish Police Jury owns and maintains 11 Parish Parks, all of which were severely damaged by the 2020 hurricanes. Click on a park below to learn more about the ongoing repairs and upgrades we're making at each park.

Holbrook Park

All repairs are complete and Holbrook Park is fully open to the public!

Alligator Park

Alligator Park is fully repaired and open to the public.

Calcasieu Point Landing

Repairs are still going on at Calcasieu Point, but it remains open to the public.

Intracoastal Park

The pavilion is still being repaired, but Intracoastal is open to the public.

Lorrain Park

Lorrain Park is fully repaired and open to the public.

Israel LaFleur Park

Isreal LaFleur Park is fully repaired and open to the public.

Prien Lake Park

Repairs still ongoing at PLP, but it remains open to the public.

Mallard Junction Park

Mallard Junction Park is preparing for expansion! And is open to the public.

Riverside Park

Riverside park is fully repaired and open to the public!

River Bluff Park

All repairs are complete and River Bluff Park is fully open to the public!

White Oak Park

White Oak Park is fully repaired and open to the public!
