Thirty Week Update

Progress continues on the new Calcasieu Parish Judicial Complex, as we have now reached 30 weeks of construction.

Since our last update:

Crews have made substantial progress on the two stair towers at the south end of the site near Gill Street. The team has completed one slab-on-grade pour on the north end of the site near the current 14th Judicial District Court Building.

Storm drainage installation has begun at the west entrance, which will help ensure proper site runoff control for the future complex.
