Dog Parks
Calling all dog lovers! Calvert County Parks & Recreation wants your input on exciting new ideas to enhance the experience at Grays Road Dog Park—help us shape dedicated spaces for our furry friends and explore possibilities for future improvements.
Introduction
Calvert County Parks & Recreation is excited to explore potential updates to the fencing layout at Grays Road Dog Park, and we're seeking your input to ensure our proposal reflects the needs and preferences of our community. Currently, the park features four uniquely shaped areas without designated purposes, and we’re considering a redesign to include separate sections for small dogs, all dogs, and a dedicated “chill zone” for dogs requiring a calmer space. As we evaluate these ideas, we’d like to better understand how residents currently enjoy the park and gather feedback on possible future amenities.
Your voice is critical in shaping the future of Grays Road Dog Park, and we are committed to incorporating public feedback into the decision-making process. By participating in an upcoming survey, you’ll help us gauge community interest in creating a more functional and inclusive space for dogs of all energy levels and sizes. Together, we aim to enhance the overall experience for dogs and their owners while fostering a welcoming environment for all park visitors.
