Calvert County is gathering input from residents, businesses, property owners, employees and visitors to help shape the future of Prince Frederick’s Main Street. Your feedback will help identify priorities for local businesses, public spaces, events, walkability and future improvements.

For this survey, “Main Street” refers to the Prince Frederick Main Street corridor, including the area between Church Street and Duke Street.

What is a Connected Main Street?

A Connected Main Street is an early-stage, state-supported program that helps a Main Street area make small, practical improvements. These may include supporting local businesses, improving appearances and organizing community-based activities. It can also serve as a possible step toward future Main Street Maryland designation.

In simple terms, this is about making small, locally-guided enhancements to Main Street over time.
