The WMP is a forward-looking planning tool that details the condition of the CSD wastewater collection and treatment infrastructure and provides a roadmap to achieve the necessary long-term improvements. The WMP includes a detailed condition assessment and evaluation of all the mechanical, structural, and electrical components of the Plant and their ability to meet current and future State and Federal regulatory requirements.
