PRCR System Plan

We are excited to introduce the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources (PRCR) System Plan, a pivotal project anchored in Cary's commitment to promote community wellness through a unique and robust park system. The PRCR Plan is a dynamic blueprint outlining the continued enhancement of Cary's diverse parks, greenways, sports venues, cultural arts facilities, and recreation programs. This plan is about proactively advancing our unique ecosystem to serve both current and future residents, as well as visitors, with excellence.

As champions of public engagement, we recognize the valuable insights that Cary residents bring to the PRCR System Plan. Your perspectives, experiences, and vision are essential for crafting a responsive action plan that truly captures the community's recreation, wellness, and cultural needs. With your active participation, we can continue to shape Cary as a thriving community where vibrant public spaces foster community connections, preserve cultural identities, nourish the environment, and promote overall quality of life.
