Update on the Request to Rename Black History Month

Thank you for your participation in the "Request to Rename Black History Month" project. During the Charles County Board of Commissioners meeting on February 4, 2025, the results and community feedback from both in-person and online engagement efforts were presented. After reviewing this input, the Commissioners reached a consensus to maintain the current name of Black History Month.
