Commerce City has completed the first phase of our High-Performing Government Communication Project. We actively gathered feedback from residents about their communication preferences and service expectations through surveys, community meetings, and digital engagement. City departments reviewed current service metrics to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
This assessment provides a clear understanding of what residents value most in city communications and where we can enhance our responsiveness. The insights collected will guide our next steps as we work to make information more accessible and create new opportunities for civic engagement.
