Housing Action Plan

Commerce City is gathering community feedback to shape housing policies, address affordability, and mitigate displacement. Your experiences and input will shape the future of Commerce City.

About the Project

Commerce City has officially launched its comprehensive Housing Action Plan effort to tackle housing affordability, ensure housing supply meets community needs, and mitigate displacement risks. This initiative will build upon the 2025 Housing Needs Assessment to develop targeted, community-driven strategies that expand housing options for residents at all income levels and backgrounds.
