Cabinet report

April 2024 - July 2024

In April 2021 Placeville Council's Cabinet approved a strategy for launching its New Homes for Small Sites Programme, to focus on exploring opportunities to build new affordable homes on underused council-owned land, without requiring any demolition of existing homes.

Community Call for Ideas

July 2024 - October 2024

Placeville Council will be calling on residents to have their say in the delivery of new affordable homes by asking them to suggest small sites on existing estates where potential new homes can be built.

Local Estate Conversations

October 2024 - June 2025

Placeville Council will soon be starting conversations with residents on some estates that have already been identified as offering the potential to build new homes.
